Re more table problems

Hi Everyone,
I have a web page based on a table. 
Some of the table cells contain text, or a graphic or are blank.
Everything works fine on my screen but when I had occasion to
view it on anothers screen today the table cells were all misaligned,
the font size was larger and everything was in disarray virtually.
 
Could anyone throw light on the problem?
 
The table(width=600) measurements are in pixels and it's designed
in raw html in IE4.
Is the problem to do with,screen resolution?
