Thanks everybody.  Your responses really help.  I'm going to try and figure
out the CSS.  I actually thought of using nested tables myself just before
sending in my question, but wanted to know if there was any other way since
this question has been bothering me for a long time.  I didn't know that
'bordercolor' could only be seen in IE.  I've been using it for quite
awhile.  I'll try and figure out how to live without it.  Guess I also need
to check Netscape more often.
