Never heard of such a thing...maybe I am out of touch somehow, but I can't
see any reason to sign anything. Are you providing the merchant services,
too, or just the store-and-cart...??

I am looking into a "ecommerce solution" (gosh that sounds so
professional<grin>) and it is a pretty slick set up, but and this is a big
but, they are requiring that I sign a contract that states I can only do
business with them for the length of this contract. They are also requiring
financial statements from me. Is this a common practice? A year is a
lifetime on the Internet, and I hesitate to become "tied" up like that. Any
comments, suggestions, and or input?
