OT! Visual Basic SendKeys Syntax

I apologize beforehand that this is OT but you folks are the quickest
reliable resource I know of.  Can anyone tell me the Visual Basic SendKeys
syntax for holding down the Alt key and pressing the F key?  I know sending
one key at a time would be {F1} to send F1.  But I don't know how to send
two keys at the same time.
