Question, possibly OT

Hello....

Please forgive me if this is off-topic. When I reply to a post that comes
through one of the six HWG lists I belong to, it typically takes that reply
four or five days to get posted. By that time, everyone has moved past the
topic I have responded to, and it throws a kink in the continuity of the
discussion. Has anyone else had this experience, and does anyone have any
suggestions as to how to rectify it?
