Hi, Michele,
I've never seen a <tab> tag. What do you want it to do, insert spaces? I
just use " " (no quotes). You can string them together. And less
frequently I'll insert a clear spacer gif with hspace="some integer".
If you don't have it, pick up a copy of Danny Goodman's Dynamic HTML. It's a
great resource.
