Swish help

I need some help in "Swish". I've just uploaded an intro page using Swish to
my site.  In the program the words and music beat are synchronized but when
uploaded the synch is gone.  I posted a question to the Swish help board
about this and the following is the answer:

"Open your sound panel and set sync for stream. You can do this in the main
timeline or if you have your sound in a movie clip with the movie clip
timeline."


The thing is, I've looked for a "sound panel" but I can't find it in Swish.
What are they talking about?
