javascript/frames question

Our clients site has a "splash page" where a user can select their language.
Once they've done that, they are taken to a frameset with static navigation
at the top and content in a bottom frame.

When they run a promotion, they insist on having a popup window with a link
to the promo that pops up from the splash page. When the link is clicked,
it opens a new (3rd) fullsize window and presents the user with the option
to order this item. All subsequent clicks stay within this 3rd window.
They've never entered the frameset so they don't have the navigation to
order anything other than this promotional product.

My question is... is it possible to click the link on the popup and have it
open the frameset in the original window with the focus set to the promo
page? Boy, that's a mouthful : )

Thanks
Lisa
