Back in October, the Guild announced in their newsletter that sometime in
the next three years they are supposed to have a certification program.
Wouldn't that be nice?  Don't know if some of us can wait that long though.
Maybe we could 'encourage' them to make it a higher priority.  Send letters
to your local representative! <g>.
