Those are some of the replies that come to mind concerning those requesting
your financial info and requiring an exclusive contract.
Nobody has *ever* required any of our clients or our staff to commit to
anthing of the type you describe in your message. I wouldn't go for it if it
did happen.
I think they are trying to pound sand in your shorts with that drag. If I
were you I'd pass it up in a heartbeat. If your client is requiring this
tell *them* to secure the service.
I don't see how it is your responsibility to provide such personal and
privileged information as they are asking of you merely to serve in your
capacity. No way Jose.
