Frames question

Hello........

I have a REALLY basic question that I need help with. I have always been
negatively disposed toward frames, for several reasons. However, now I have
a friend who wants me to do a frames site for her.

I have set up the various elements of the frameset, as I found them in two
different tutorials. However, when I click on the one page that I actually
have linked up, I get a message saying that the page can't be found. Can
someone figure out what I'm doing wrong?
