Vickie,

You didn't mention what problem(s) you are experiencing.  Also, you are
using CGI which means we don't have access to the script to troubleshoot it.
If the problem is indeed in the script, which is actually a Perl program,
this question would probably be better served if it were posted on HWG's
Languages list (http://hwg.org/lists/hwg-languages/index.html).
