Hi Dusty:
I agree with you!  I know it is not the greatest option and again my
preference would be for a popup only when the user clicks away from the
site.  But since I don't know from what page the user will be leaving the
site, I don't think this is possible.  (Does anyone have any suggestions?)
And of course you know how it is when the client is insistent about wanting
something.

Most people I know of don't close out the window after they
