Point No.1: The images are copyrighted to Ron (a third party)
Point No.2: You have permission
Point No.3: You have completed your end of bargain by displaying
rather over-prominentaly the copyright information.
So, now if somebody comes along to your site and copies them off for
his own use, it is something between him and Ron. You do not come into
the picture. The copyright infringement is of Ron's work, not yours.
I doubt if Ron put a clause in the permission which went something
like "Okay Dick, use them but make sure they are not copied off your
site to be used elsewhere".
And even if there was, you should have told him that there is no way
that you can do this...
Like I mentioned in another message, the JavaScript to disable the
right-click button won't work to achieve the effect you desire.
BTW, why in the world do you have those photos in GIF format? They
look terrible! Use JPEG!
