I realise we shouldn't clog up ppl's bandwidth with thank you's but to Kali
and Bryan, thanks. Even though the users in question had Acrobat Reader 4
installed, I reinstalled it and it fixed the problem so now PDFs load in the
browser instead of trying to download. As for having all apps on all
machines the same version and same configuration: in an ideal world maybe.
But I've got 150 odd users from directors to data entry ppl. You try to
weigh the potential to crash machines with letting those who need to
increase their functionality. Thank you Lord, I'm on Help Desk today!
