Editor that displays Japanese?

Hi,
Could any one with experience with using Japanese characters in bilingual
web pages please offer some advice? None of my editors display Japanese
(DreamWeaver 3, HomeSite, Arachnophilia) but I have sort of effected a
result by cut and pasting the Japanese text from/to html pages within
MSWord, then opening the final in Arachnophilia and cleaning up the code. In
Arachnophilia the Japanese comes out as symbols so I can't do any editing of
the text. Every change I make in MSWord I have to then redo all the code
again in the editor. Must be a better way. Please help. TIA. Mike
