It depends on what you mean by "reasonable quality." To be used on the net,
yes, you probably can. It's as simple as opening up the presentation in ppt
and select the pic, copy and paste into Photoshop then convert to .jpg.
However, depending on the quality of the pics in the presentation, you
probably will not be able to use them for print.
