Javascript questoin

Except for doing image rollovers, I'm pretty clueless about Javascript.  But
I need one that will count down
to a specific date (preferably a time on that date).  What I mean is, I need
it to say something like "43 days, 6 hours, and 27 minutes till opening
day."  Seems like that ought to be pretty simple...... <g>  Is it?  Anyone
have anything like that or know where to find it?  Thanks!
