On the sites I look after the structure is as follows (hope it comes out
OK):
Root
| |
| |->Sub-Dir
| |->html docs
| |->Images Repeat Sub-Dir struture as often
as req'd.
| |->Files
|
|
|->html docs
|->Images
|->Files
