Q: Well? Can I?
A: Nope.
Q: Why?
A: How should I know? I'm not on W3C and neither do I make them -- the
browser thingies.
Q: Solutions?
A: 2
Q: And they are?
A: 1. Don't use Animated GIF that big. It will pixelate and look,
well, horrendous anyway.
2. Modify the animated GIF to make the first frame HUGE, or large
enough that it doesn't tile so much.
Q: You're stupid!
A: I know.
