Video help please

Hello,

I am a lurker and learner, and I have a question from a client that I can't
answer intelligently so I'm turning to you guys.

The client has a 27 minute video that they want to put on their web site.
They want to know the best method.  My first reaction is that this is much
too long but they are determined to do this.

Can someone please help me with this?  Any and all comments will be more
than welcome.
