True ... but then the inevitable occurs ... "do I have enough hard drive
space/ram (or whatever it takes) to run this new browser?" .... etc.

Good point! Thus leaving those *unfortunate low-version browsers*
viewing pages w/ *no style* ... :-(
Don't get me wrong, for I am not frowning upon using CSS entirely. It's
more like I am frustrated that it is not more compatible at this time.
