Rachel,
You could put the following meta tag in the <head> of your document:
<meta name="robots" content="noindex,nofollow">
but, not all search engines will follow this.
You could opt to use a robot.txt file, along with the meta tag above,
depending on if you administer the entire server. A good url for more
information is:
<http://info.webcrawler.com/mak/projects/robots/robots.html>
