I can tell you right now, you need to print and archive this one !!

Fuzzy needs a Free/Shareware (CHEAP!) WYSIWYG HTML editor that runs on the
WIN 9.x platform - about 90 to 100 copies of it.

While you are getting up off the floor (and eating heart pills) I will add
that this is for publishing to an intRAnet populated by MSIE 4.x or better.
The folks doing the publishing do not know HTML from Adam's cat, and do not
want to. So . . . I'm going to have to go behind and clean up their messes.
Because of that I would *like*:

1) To get them the least "offensive" editor I can find.
2) To get them ALL using the same editor, so I can develop a "system" to
clean up the  . . . output.
