create a webpage that will not be found

Hello everyone, I need to know how  to put in tags that will hide a site for
the search engines. I do the newsletter for a home education group and it
would benefit us greatly if we could place it on the Internet but can only
do so if the search engines do not find it. I left out all meta tags but it
has just recently showed up. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
