Need help with forms:

Hi, how r u?

This is the first time I'm trying this and I have no idea of how to do it:

I want to create a form to collect information about my clients. After they
click the Submit Button, I want the form to send me the information to my
e-mail, but I want the form, or the browser or the server to make that. I
don't want the submit button to open an e-mail client like Outlook Express
or something like that, I want it to be automatic. Click submit, the page
changes to another page and that is all my clients will see.

How do I do that?
