I know this is a bitter pill to swallow, but I agree with the above
statement.  Except for the helping you vent your frustration, it is a
complete waste of time.

Look at this from a business standpoint.  To truly resolve this matter, you
will need to get a lawyer involved, and AT LEAST threaten legal action.
This will cost you between $500 - $2000 just to get this process underway.
If you go to court, it will cost much more.

If you chose to "Fight the Good Fight," without a lawyer, without going to
court, because you feel you are right, and don't feel you should have to pay
anyone, then you will lose the "good fight".

I've been in this position several times - trust me - it does not matter who
is right and who is wrong.  What matters is how much money you are willing
to dish out to make your point and put yourself in the position of
"possibly" of winning in court.
