Drop down lists

Hey all..  Immmmmmmmmmmm baaaaaaaaack  :^)

No.. dont run.. I think this is pretty simple... im just not sure why its
not working...

I created a drop down list to use as navigation to other parts of the site,
and links to other sites.

http://bassw.home.mindspring.com/SCGC.html

(and for some reason the SCGC has to be in caps, not sure why that is)

I think this is the first time any of you (well those of you who rememvber
me anyway) have seen any of my work.  Just let me say, I am getting MUCH
MUCH bettuh.  I finally have a graphics design program which I am loving.
(Canvas)

Anyway,  this is my first attempt at drop down lists, and just not sure why
none of these will work.  For instance, I select a site I would like to go
to, click on go, and nothing happens.  WHY WHY WHY WHY???????  Any
assistance on this problem (and any others you might notice) would be
greatly appreciated.  Thanks
