You have 2 Doctypes...get rid of the 1st one and try it...this worked when I
copied your page locally.

Hi,
I'm still pretty much a beginner at web design and have several questions I
haven't been able to figure out. The first is; why don't the title of my
pages show up on the top bar of the browser (sorry, I don't know what you
call it). They used to, but haven't for some time. I've got the title of
my page enclosed in the title tag within the head section, but in IE I get
my whole web address, and in Netscape (4.7 - I plan on upgrading soon) I get
nothing - just the word Netscape. You can look at www.bethadler.com for
example, but it's doing it on other sites as well.
Also, why does my main page at this site scroll from left to right in
Netscape? It's fine in IE. I'll leave it at just these two questions for
now. Thanks.
Beth
