You were right in your original interpretation of my question.  I am looking
for an inexpensive company that offers video and audio streaming.  I can
take care of the audio and video itself, but need somewhere economical (not
"free", but not $300/month either), that will serve up the files to the
end-user for me.  I'll pay a reasonable price, but don't want to incur any
more cost than I have to, of course.
