Look at analog, at:
http://www.statslab.cam.ac.uk/~sret1/analog/

Analog takes the raw stats from your server and makes charts & graphs,
divides them in many ways (by server, by browser, by country, by page, etc)
and can be configured to omit the hits from your home server.
