Hi everyone

I have just joined the list so this question may have been answered
before if it has I am sorry for the repeat.

Here goes

Can any one tell me how to place to windows on the Internet at the
same time and one to do an automatic refresh after a set time.

One at the top half of the screen to auto refresh.

One at the bottom half of the screen not to refresh.
