Pop -Up Windows

Hi Everyone,

I'm currently working on a site that has frames at he top of the page. 
Within my top frame are the various links that load to the bottom main 
frame. I want one of my links to be a pop-up window. Does anyone have a nice 
easy javascript for a pop-up window. I realize that they are numerous 
javascript sights with pop-up scripts but the ones I've tried haven't been 
working for me. Any help would be great. I hope this question is not off 
topic. Thanks everyone
