text around a graphic

   I was just wondering what the easiest way is to have text flow around an 
image.  For instance if I wanted to insert an image as the first letter of a 
paragraph and then have the text start flush with the top of the image and 
then eventually wrap underneath the image. That or have an image on the 
right and have the text wrap around it.  like this:

blah blah blah --------------
blah blah blah |            |
blah blah blah |   image    |
blah blah blah --------------
blah blah blah blah blah blah.

Does that make sense?
