David,  If you have IE 5 (if not you can download it free at 
www.microsoft.com) go to Tools-> Windows Update.  It will take you to 
Microsofts download site where you get FrontPage Exp. for free.  If you have 
IE 4, go to Help-> Product Updates.  If you have IE 3 or earlier, it's time 
to upgrade (grin)
