Java problems

Hi,

Quick couple of questions, both about Java unfortunately.

Firstly, does anyone know of a good looking, but free, applet which creates 
a good sized block of text relating to a link or image, using a 
mouseover-type setup...so that when you pass the cursor over the link up 
pops a useful paragraph about that site etc.  (I know this is commonplace, 
but I just can't find any that have a nice appearance!!)

Secondly, can anyone tell me why the java applets I have downloaded do not 
want to work now that I have moved them into a new directory (I've tried 
changing source file info' and even moving the applets back to their old 
directory, but nothing works!?).  All these applets worked when I first got 
them, and, as far as I know, I have not changed the originals in any way...
