Sorry if this is off topic!

I am building a web site for a company that wishes to have an order 
form that retrieves information from the customer then splits it out 
to several different departments for processing. I am able to handle 
the HTML coding and the mailform scripting to send the form. 
However, I am not able to do the programming required to split the 
information up and deliver it to other programs to process. 

Any takers on a contract job for this project? Please contact me off-
list for additional information and specifics.
