The style sheet you reference has two instances of body in it. This
shouldn't be a problem, as CSS-compliant browsers are supposed to take the
later one over the earlier one if there's a conflict. (And there's no
conflict, anyway.) Apparently Netscape is applying only the first body
style statement.
It seems as though you may have switched to rice paper from another style,
and Front Page just added on to the old style sheet instead of replacing it.
It's that, or Front Page has a vastly inefficient style sheet engine. You
may have to go in and edit the style sheet by hand.
