IE vs NN in mouseover

Hi Everyone:

I would like to ask some kind people to look at 
http://www.foreverimaging.com/omit using IE4 and NN4 paying 
attention to the mouseovers on the left. It seems that for once NN 
is doing something right and IE is struggling with them. It seems 
like IE is trying to download the images again for the mouseover. 

I need to know if I have something missing/wrong in my coding. Did 
I preload the mouseovers wrong? If so, any advice to repair the 
problem is gladly accepted :-)
