Design Questions Help?????

    Sorry for the post with no URL. Things got hectic and I could not get 
back in for a bit. The Url is www.truckinlife.com/menu.htm
      I am trying to stabilise the center table so that I can do and up and 
down scrolling  presentation, but so far the only way I found to do it was to 
get rid of the upper menu bar, and that will not do. Seems I cannot keep the 
two scripts.  Any ideas???
