This is not a complete list.  For instance, I use:
DATE_LOCAL, REMOTE_ADDR, & SERVER_PORT when installing scripts sometimes to
check on these settings for various reasons.

Go to http://www.newcgi.com/ if you'd like to download a file that will
enable you to see the setup of your server using many of the environmental
variables.  The result will be something like:
http://www.newcgi.com/serverinfo/serverinfo.cgi , but it does NOT show

The link above shows the most complete grouping that I've been able to find,
but I suspect that even it is not complete.  I would LOVE to see a list of
everything that is available, but haven't been able to find a reference to
one that shows them yet.
