Hmmm well until the other day I had never heard of this validator W3C. A
person from this list, who I asked for an honest opinion (Thanks btw), had a
look at a page I am trying to set up ran it thru this validator.
Sheesh..the page has only 2 graphics and the rest is text and ummm it had
from memory 19 or 20 errors!!! I nearly fell off my NEW computer chair (had
to throw that in about the chair!)
I know that the Pro's would think that my page must be an awful mess, but to
me it looked fine. I think that whilst this validator is to check for errors
it can be used as a learning tool but also it can quickly put some
overzealous people on their backsides and show them they have a LOT to learn
before they think they have a good grasp of HTML...
Well off goes this overzealous person...getting up off her backside...to
learn learn learn!
Have a great week everyone!
