"Mailto" as a submenu link

Hi everyone,

I am working on an image map that has drop down submenus and when I use the
following on the submenu "contact me" it does not generate a pop up email
composer.

"text:Contact Me" "2" "" "mailto:vanman(at)chariot.net.au" ""

this text is included in the .txt file. 

Can anyone shed any light on how I can make it work??

The image map is not fully functional yet. I am still working on it. And all
the links are not working yet..but here is the url:
