Frames not working

Hi there everyone,

I have a mouseover menu that WAS working and opening the links in the right
hand frame which i have named "me" and not "main". I have named the one that
opens in a new browser "main".

This is the frame html I have set up when you get to the frames area from
the main page.

Once at the frames page it seems to open one in frames then anymore clicks
and it points to a new browser. Any suggestions.

All the links on the Bike currently open the "aboutme" file in the frames,
because I still haven't figured out that bit. That aside once you get into
frames I am at a loss as to why it will not open all the links in there in
frames. It did before, about a week ago.

the frames addy you can follow from the bike and see the source code for the
menu (mouseovers).

Any help, in plain english, would be appreciated.
