Hi again..sighs..

Please no feedback on the content. Just tell me why the frame is not opening
in the "main" 

I cannot figure out why the stats page keeps opening in another browser and
not in the frame. If anyone can help please mail me privately. I do not want
opinions on the content. Just what is wrong with the code to make it open in
the "main" frame please.
