There you can find tons of freeware software and other free stuff... There 
is tons of places where you can find free HTML editors, graphix programs and 
other neat and free (that being the operative word!) stuff. ;-)

Hi there!

I'm pretty new to this list and to HTML, Javascript, CGI et al.
In order to aid me in my learning, I'm trying to put together a toolkit by
scouting around for freebies.

Could someone please tell me where I can find:
1. A GIF constructor so I can make some of those custom-made images I see on
other's web pages, on my own.
2. An ISP who would give me free webspace and a Unix shell account for CGI.
