I get a 404 error .. it seems you have your CSS file referenced to your
D:\ drive ... not to a web file address ... only thing I can tell
you without source to view ..  this is what I get ...

/people/nagennif/ssffwp/styles.css

(d:/www/people/nagennif/ssffwp/styles.css)
