Is there a program/way to fax online forms?

I can do this at work as a Zip2 affiliate by using their customized tags and 
parking the site on their server.  This makes me think that if they can do 
it and people who have efax plus can send emails as faxes, there should be a 
program that will convert my mailto forms and fax them.  Anyone know??  I 
have a client who is a small grocery store who wants people to be able to 
fax in orders online because he doesn't have a computer at work to get email 
orders. Please respond on and off the list as I am a digest subscriber.
