Hi Edward
I'm far from being a CSS expert, but I can tell you what I see when viewing your page in Netscape 4.06 on Windows NT.
Your navigation image map (labelled text_nav) appears at the top left hand corner of the page. It is partially obscured by the mainBanner image (labelled siteName). Under the mainBanner is the traditionBanner image, which then partially covers your text links. Looking at your <.style> tag, I don't believe this is how you want your page configured (ie as I understand it, the navigation image map should be below the banner images and the text links should be at the very bottom of the page, yes?!).
I'm afraid I can't help you with advice on how to fix your code so your page renders properly in Netscape. If I was designing the site, however, I would use tables to position the image map and banner images, because support for CSS elements varies so much among browsers (types and versions).
Also, one comment on the founders image... it's pretty hefty. It took quite a while to download on my machine.
Cheers
Sharon
