Cell width shifts

Hi List,

I lucked out and found that a "&nbsp;" and a "width value" made all the
difference... WHEW!!! :)

However, The sites main page structure is broken into three table cells
with values of 20%, 60% and 20%. This looks right IE 5.0. 

In NN, all the screens appear to be 10%, 80% and 10%, except the "Contact"
screen which looks the exactly the same as in IE. 

Add to this the fact that I used the same template for all the pages.
As Jacques Costeau is known to have said "I am perplexed."

I've gone over the code and cannot see my error.
